Hello

this package was returned to seller do to incomplete address 

missing apartment number 

tracking is not showing where the package is it’s been over 10 days l will like to talk to eBay costumer service

There is no need to contact eBay - they don't know where your package is nor can they do anything about it.

Packages that are returned to sender take longer to arrive. When it arrives back to you, then you can refund the buyer for the item price (not including the shipping cost if you charge for shipping). If the buyer still wants the item, you can relist it for him so he can repurchase it. Remind him to correct the ship-to address that is displayed for him at checkout.
