Missing item

What happen when the tracking number shows one item as "delivered" but the custumer says that he/she has not received any item yet?  What should I do as seller?

If the buyer files an Item Not Received case, you reply with the tracking number that shows DELIVERED.  ebay will find in your favor.

If the buyer has opened an 'item not received' claim ... then enter the tracking number into the claim.  You'll automatically win.
