Missing item

I shipped put a pair of shoes, and I had never gotten the money sent to me or the shoes back, the buyer bought them a while back what can I do?

Is this the same shows sold 2 days ago?  If not, when were they sold and what was the item #?

If this means what I think it means, then the first thing is stop that.  Do not ship out the item until after the buyer has submitted the payment.
