Missing instructions

I received my purchase of a knife sharpener  today.  When I opened the package there was assorted parts and no assembly instructions or how to use the device. I have contacted the seller and the only reply is about how they want positive feedback. Is it me or are the sellers more concerned about their feedback rating then customer service. So here I sit with a bunch of parts and no way of knowing how to assemble it correctly or how to use it. According to  the help area of ebay I'm basically stuck with it. With no recourse to get it fixed. And I'll be damned if I'm going to spend any more money to send it back and fight for a refund. This has completely changed my view of ebay. All they want now is your money and to hell with the buyer

File a Return Request for an ITEM NOT DESCRIBED, missing parts.  Seller will have to pay return shipping, if he wants the item back, and fully refund your total purchased price.   Do not close or let this case expire without asking ebay to step in, if seller does not respond by the fourth day.

You can't  get ebay fix the item.

Ebay is only designed to get you a full refund when you return something not as described. This includes return shipping.
