I bought a coupon from ebay and it turns out to be fake. So I open a return request. Meanwhile, the seller said to contact him first and promised to take care of it in description. Then I sent a few messages and waiting for the seller's responses. I did not return it immediately because I understand the seller should cover shipping fee as it is not described as listing. Unfortunately, I forgot it and missed the deadline. Then the return is closed. Is there any way I can start the return process again? Thanks.
