Hi everyone , I am a seller on Ebay and ran into an issue I cannot resolve . I have a listing where a Buyer choose to "Buy It Now" option and Ebay is holding his funds . The issue is his shipping address is missing a House Number to ship to , Street name , City , State and Zip Code are all there . And I have messaged him twice from my Seller Hub plus sent him an email from his regular email account and even texted to a number list for the Buyer . No response and I have been notified that Shipping is late . Every time I try to Purchase/Print a Shipping Label , I get that Error message stating " It was not possible the label . To Address Suffix or Directional Or House Number Are Incorrect Or Missing " . I managed to speak with customer service and showed how to Message the Buyer back when I still did not know how to , but know not sure what to do . Should I just wait or try and cancel the order so item is back up for sale or what . Any advice would be appreciated . Thanks Douglas Janisse
