Miss Delivery USPS Tracking Package...

This is first time I lost eBay package...   The eBay tracking information /USPS tracking information marked "Delivered in Mail box"... So I checked my mailbox and... EMPTY.   They delivered wrong house((Thanks USPS's GPS track information!! ))  but they told USPS to not received item ((stolen package)), .    USPS did not tell me where it delivered...

Should I open case to this seller or eBay customer service. ..?

Once an item is marked delivered by USPS there is nothing the seller can do. It sounds like USPS admits it was delivered to the wrong address. You should be able to file a claim with USPS for losing your item.
