I've lately gotten some failed delivery or lost packages, and some badly mislabeled but contained what I ordered. Past 3 months. Two delivered today with wrong name, city, and zip code. Several remailing labels layered on them.
The good thing is likely the missing packages weren't stolen from the porch. My security makes it unlikely they are stolen, and that's a cold trail anyway. But these mislabeled puts the problem upstream. That's a solvable problem. Who can I contact?

@dpsamu You would contact the seller if there are problems with your purchase. Or file a refund request for item not received if tracking doesn't show delivery to your address.
If you received packages that are not yours you can mark them return to sender if you have not opened them.
