I have leaned not to click on links offering "new" things because you automatically get enrolled and CAN'T get the old way back. An agent took me to the "information" page which was filled with hyperbole and promotional hype that told me NOTHING. The images were blurry and the information provided was worthless. I wonder how many glitches and technical related tickets will be submitted by users when you REQUIRE the migration to a "new improved modern looking display"? I know it will be another disastrous improvement.
