Here is a link to the eBay Message flow ... My eBay | eBay

If you have trouble figuring out where to type your message to someone it is all the way at the bottom on the right hand side ... you actually have to type over the word "Send message" in the typing field (green arrow) then use the blue send icon on the right (blue arrow) when finished.
