Marked shipped but buyer came and picked up item

I sold an item and marked it shipped but the buyer ended up coming to get the item before I shipped it. Now my money is in limbo because there's nowhere for him to click received item. How do I get my money??? It's 3 separate items

Since you marked the items as shipped but the buyer picked them up in person, eBay still expects tracking or delivery confirmation before releasing your funds. Here’s what you can do:

1. Ask the Buyer to Confirm Receipt – The buyer can go to their Purchase History, find the order, and manually confirm that they received the item. However, not all buyers have this option.
