Manually entered listings of stocked items not showing up with previously listed Printify items.

Bought a starter store seller account. Linked/integrated Printify to it. Posted multiple items through Printify to Ebay store with no issue. Then I had a few items that I had in hand (physical inventory of) that I wanted to list. I manually added those listings. The manually entered (non Printify) items are not showing up in my store though Ebay is saying that they are listed. Is it because the Printify integration is overriding everything and my Ebay store will only list products through Printify?

UPDATE: I was told there is a listing review process and that it may just take a couple hours to 24 hours to not only show up in search results but ALSO in my EBay Store. Hope this is all that it is.

The person I talked to from Ebay was correct. It took about 8 hours or so but all listings posted to my shop as well as some other adjustments I made (for "Featured Categories" and "Newly Listed"). I guess sometimes it just takes a little while for these changes to take effect.  This issue is resolved.
