Does anyone know how to get through to a live person? My payout has been in limbo since November. I was finally contacted to update my bank but I couldn’t get my credit union to work with their new system which has always been the only one used for my eBay account. I finally used a bank on their list but that bank decided to close my account for inactivity reasons just at the time eBay sent my check. I finally was able to get my credit union listed as the preferred payment but eBay sent the check back through AGAIN, to the now defunct account. Meanwhile, that bank said they once again sent the check back which shouldn’t take too long, right? Well, it’s been almost two weeks and I still can’t get through to eBay by chat or phone call. Yesterday, both chat and phone calls were disabled. Today, they just leave me on hold and I still haven’t been paid!
