Managed Payments - unable to list a coin

I usually sell records and magazines, more pop culture type stuff, but I got a bunch of coins from my Mom and I wanted to put them on here. I was able to list a souvenir coin from Hawaii, but when I tried to put on a .999 silver coin that I see a zillion of on eBay, I was told that managed payments wouldn't allow me to list the item. Any idea why or what other items I can't list?
