Managed Payment & email notice of payment ?

Hello all = well today is our D Day - now on managed payments & had our 1st sale today BUT we did not get an email notice of the payment? Before on PayPal we got the email notice of payment & detail - today we got NOTHING except the notice that an item sold BUT not the email of Payment Notice.

Is this a setting or something that is no longer available? If it is no longer available that means more work for us since we print every payment for tax records, recording, shipping labels, etc - 

I have contact Ebay 2 times & no help so I am hoping that someone here knows the answer.

maybe it'll take a bit since you are so new to MP

you can click on the 'payments' button from seller hub to find many resources of payments, purchased items, payouts, tax info, etc
