Make an offer buttons not working...

I tried to make an offer on several items (shopping on my phone), and whenever I click on the "make an offer" button, it brings up a blank page that just buffers endlessly..... Is there a problem with Ebay right now or is it because of Easter and sellers may not be available until Monday......
