Mailed wrong item

Hello, newish eBayer here. I had my biggest fear happen when I recently used the QR codes to mail 2 packages to different people and the both received the other persons order so I screwed up somehow. Thankfully they have both been super nice and understanding. I have communicated with both of them and they would like to just mail the product to the other persons order instead of returning them to me and the ship out again. Is there a way I can either get them a label to send the other person or just refund their money altogether and hope they will both mail their product to the other person?

No.  You’re opening yourself up to all sorts of problems.

They need to each open a return case, you’ll send them labels to send the item back to you, then they’ll return to you and you resend them.

Thats the only way that all 3 of you are protected in this.
