I tried to buy 2 e-bikes from Moon cool (DOcred 1740  finance) company under Ebay but it seems to jump from the ad for $296.09  to $998.99 as I select color, size. What gives??? Is that a SCAM from Ebay and DoCred that reps e-bike sales?????

It is not a SCAM.

It is called a variation-style listing.

There are models that range in price with the lowest model starting at $296.09.

If you opt for another model, the price may increase based on which model you choose.
