MISPRINTED SHIPPING LABEL - NEVER USED BUT CHARGED - HOW TO GET REFUNDED?

I printed a USPS shipping label for a "sold" order. I accidently printed the "flat envelope" label. I never used it. I then printed the "package" label and actually used that label.  I was charged for both labels. Within 1 hour of misprinting the "flat enevlope" label, I voided the "flat envelope" label. I have yet to receive a credit for $7.99.  How do I get EBay to refund me as that label was never used?

It takes 2-3 weeks for USPS to refund for a voided label to ensure it has not been used.
