MANAGED PAYMENTS

Someone wanna tell me how  " MOST sellers may be able to use managed payments by July" to now "sign up for managed payments so you can keep listing & selling?

In case the question doesn't tip you off I don't want to sign up with managed payments & want to keep on using Paypal.

Please advise me?

Ebay's contract with PayPal is ending and they have signed a new one with Adyen to be the fund processor.  

 If you have been "invited" to sign up then you must do so by the deadline you were given if you wish to keep selling on eBay.

Your SS# is required for anti-money laundering laws and in case a 1099K is required.  Paypal had your SS#.  

Your Checking account information is needed to be able to receive your payout.

The name and address on your ebay account and checking account must match EXACTLY. I had to add my middle name to my ebay account. You can not use a PO box for the registration address.

You can use pending funds to pay for your shipping labels.  Select the option at the bottom of the label form.  It will stay this way until you change it again.

PayPal is no longer wanting

to process payments for eBay. Just as with PayPal, collectively, sellers can only be in one payment processor. That is managed payments. Adyen is the new processor. 

If this is not suitable, you won’t be able to list here. PayPal can only be used to buy things on eBay. (Sellers can also pay for shipping labels through PayPal, but that is it). 

should eBay switch you over before your checking account is set up, you may sell things, but you won’t be able to be paid for them because you haven’t given eBay permission to put money in your account.
