Lost my history when I changed my profile photo. Also can’t change user name.

This company in Silicon Valley has the worst app / website ever. Data lost — as if I’ve never bought anything— when I tried to change my profile photo and user name.

If changing your username results in loss of account history, you have created a new account.

Try signing out and then sign back in using the original username.

The account you are using at the moment was created in 2021 and has five feedback.

Can’t. Old username was not created by me. It makes no sense.

Once you change your username, there will be an icon next to your new username and feedback number.  When I click on your (5) feedback, there is no icon, so this username was created back in 2021.
