Looking for seller ... Didn't receive item ordered

I am looking to get in contact with the seller americanstores01 (3569) I bought 2 items from them and only received 1 of them and would like a refund or the item I ordered.... Attempts to try and reach seller through invoice has failed

If the tracking information is the same then file an item not as described case for missing items or damage.

You will need to ship the other shirt back to receive a full refund. The seller will pay return shipping costs.
