Logging Out

My spouse and I have two seperate stores, I have been using this specific laptop for a long period of time with no issues. Over the last 6 months I cannot log out of my account through my laptop in order to log in on our other account to print documents needed to maintain the upkeep of the other store. It is becoming very disturbing because prior to this there has been no issues. I used to have a drop box that would allow me to logout and that seems to no longer exist. Does anyone else have this issue ???? If so please help me.....  I just need to be able to log out and log in to the other store. I've tried the virtual assistant but even that will not allow me to select the logout option sent to me. I'm so confused by this and I need help so I'm not nearly a full year behind when tax season rolls back around. Please help....

I only use a desktop computer for ebay, so I will assume using a laptop is similar.  On the screen with the large ebay logo, and "Hi (first name)" just above, click on your name and at the bottom of the drop down is Sign out.
