I do not have a problem logging on.  The issue is that eBay tells me frequently when I log on from my computer that someone else has accessed my account.  Today it locked my account and I had to go through the password change/code to the phone process to get back in.  I only log in from one device and no one else has physical access to that device.  I talked to Help and they were no help.  What can I do to get eBay to recognize my device and stop pestering me?

@1gsquared   Are you using a VPN?  That can cause this problem.

Also if you are clearing cookies at exit of your browser each time.   You might want to manually clear cookies so you can keep eBay cookies.

I'm using a VPN but not clearing cookies.  I will try turning off the VPN for eBay, but Norton will yell at me for my lax security!  Thanks for the info.
