Log in problems

Hi everyone, I am currently logged in on my pc and safari on IOS, unfortunately everytime I try to log back into my app it keeps coming up “something went wrong” even though there can not be. All updates and IOS updates are complete and up to date, any help guys really appreciated thanks

What operating system version are you using? See here:

If your operating system does not support the eBay app and you cannot upgrade your operating system and install the latest version of the eBay app, delete the app and use a browser to reach ebay.co.uk instead.

I have the most up to date IOS 17 update complete.

In that case, try uninstalling the eBay app, restarting your device, and then installing the latest version of the eBay app from the App Store.
