Hello everyone,
I had a item that sold and I am being penalized by Ebay and reduced my seller rating because the buyer paid for it and was going to be in town and wanted to pick it up in person. The item was "Free Shipping". How do I get Ebay to erase this?
Anybody have a phone number for customer service?
Thanks in advance,
blcorrell

You will need to call Customer Service in the morning, as they are closed right now. If the listing includes "Free shipping" then ebay expects you to ship. Since the buyer is going to pick up the item, you can go to your Orders > Awaiting shipment and click the down-arrow and select Mark as shipped. Print out the Order Details and have your buyer sign it when s/he picks up the item.
Customer Service on ebay.com, the USA site, is only for members located in the USA and Canada, between the hours of 5am-10pm Pacific Time. Click on HELP & CONTACT at the top right corner of most screens. Work through the questions. At the end you can either send a message or use the Call Me option. If using a mobile device, disable the spam filter so the call can go through.

I tried and they refused to remove it. They said I have to wait 90 days. This is totally unacceptable
