I have an item listed local pickup. A potential buyer wants me to ship. I am fine with shipping provided they pay for the shipping. What’s the proper way to handle this. Cancel the listing and list again as the buyer pays for the shipping? If so how is the shipping fee received when I do t know how much the fee will be. New to eBay so I’m lost.

Do you know how to ship your item? Do you have boxes for each item, plus a shipping box for each? You would definitely want to double box these components. You are responsible for your shipments until delivery.
You can not add shipping unless you know how much to charge. I can not tell how big or heavy the items are, but they look to be too large to send by US mail - you would have to use ups or fedex if you can pack them for shipping.
I would tell the buyer that you are not able to ship, unless you do have the packing and can weigh the boxes. If you do, you can use the shipping calculator to find the shipping costs, but it is still quite a risk.
