Local drop off

I recently sold an item in here and the buyer happened to live right down the street from me. I managed to get in contact and dropped it off yesterday. Can we drop the shipping charges so I get my full payment and can someone help me change the status to delivered

Since you did not offer Local Pickup, you should have cancelled the transaction, relisted the item with Local Pickup, the buyer purchases that listing, and you can then deliver the item.

Since you did not do that, what you can do is go to your Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment

Click the down-arrow, select Send Refund, select a reason, enter the shipping amount to refund, send.  Then you can also select Mark as shipped (even though you did not ship).
