Local delivery

I live within fifteen to twenty miles at the most from this eBay sale. Can I reach out and try to deliver these products in person? It's easier and cheaper to deliver these items for sale

You should reach out to the buyer and find out if they will accept local delivery.  The problem is that you will not have a tracking number that shows Delivered.  If the buyer is agreeable, file a Cancellation for the current sale.  Relist the item with LOCAL PICKUP.  Buyer repurchases and pays.  ebay sends the buyer a message with a QR-code (as well as a 6 digit code).  You will need that code when you delivery the item.  That will be your proof of delivery.
