Local delivery if sold item instead of shipping.

I ended up personally delivering an item I sold to the Buyer instead of shipping it because they lived very close. How do I report to eBay so they will show the item was delivered? Thx

Since you used a different delivery method than the one the buyer selected when they purchased all you can do is mark it as shipped on the order. The option is in the drop down menu for the item on your orders page.

If this should happen again the way to handle it is to cancel the sale using problem with buyer's address and relist the item with the correct shipping method for them to repurchase. With local pick up the buyer receives a QR code and a digit code that the seller enters into the eBay APP as proof of delivery.
