Local Pickup, no confirmation code

I’m very new to selling on eBay. I had my first local pickup and didn’t know I needed to get a confirmation code from the buyer. They paid online. The buyer says they don’t have a confirmation code and asked if I could get eBay to resend the code to her. I have no idea how to proceed. I can’t figure out how to contact someone at eBay to get the code resent to the buyer.

Did buyer select the Local Pickup option on the listing?  If so, the code is emailed to them by ebay.

The buyer said that after she picked up the item, she deleted any emails she had about the transaction. She’s asking if eBay can resend a code to her.

If you haven't marked the item shipped, buyer can try going to their Purchase History and looking in the drop down menu next to the item for the option. 

In the future, in lieu of the code you can have them sign a copy of the invoice/packing slip, but the code is best to either scan or manually input.
