How do you get to talk to a live person to handle dispute

Have you opened a return request? Or a not received claim, if you haven't received your item?   If you have a case open and the seller hasn't responded after 3 business days, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in’.  Most issues do not require customer service assistance.
