Listings incorrectly removed due to policy issue

eBay has now removed many of my listings saying they are counterfeit.

I have opened up cases on all of them as soon as it happens.

To this day I have opened 5 I have been a seller for 22 years on ebay. I have called each time and informed eBay of where I purchase the items and I have proof of purchase I'm my hand. They do not care.

I have asked for a supervisor an told they will call me back within 48 hours

Out of the 5 cases I have called on I have only had 1 call back from a supervisor.

I was also told eBays fraud dept will email me with an update within 48 hours this has never happened ever. I was even told by one of the eBay associates that I should add my receipt s in the pictures to prove my items are authentic.

I am now documenting everything i do with eBay.

After 22 years I am feeling that I am being treated very unfairly by eBay

Do not relist until the matter is resolved.

If a VeRO take down you can fight it, as you have a legal right to resell an authentic legally obtained item as long as you don't otherwise infringe on the owner's rights. However, if this wasn't a VeRO complaint, but an ebay take down, you have a problem.

Ebay appears to be doing more and more of this sort of thing against sellers of various products without giving them any recourse whatsoever to appeal it. The best you could do is have your attorney send a letter to ebay's legal department, but hardly worth it for a single item.

Obviously ebay is trying to protect against counterfeits, but at times seems to not be applying the take downs fairly to all sellers. I suspect if this practice continues to escalate, some public advocate or news group is going to call them out on it.
