Listings being ended automatically

I have experienced an ongoing situation where some of my listings are being ended automatically by the ebay system with no apparent reason.

These are good until cancelled items, also we have enough Monthly limits.

Very frustrating not being able to speak to a customer service representative.

Could they be duplicate listings? I'm looking at your completed listings and it looks like there were 4 listings for the same blade balancer.

To contact customer service, follow the instructions on this page to work through the automated assistant to request a call back - select agent when it is an option -

Thank you very much for your reply. Really appreciate the time you are taking to respond.

It could be duplicate listings, however when removed there is no message from ebay explaining the reason for the listings being ended. It would be nice if there was a reason or explanation to avoid this from happening in the future. The listings were duplicated but it is the same part fitting different applications.

I have seen sellers listing the same item more than 10 or 20 times and those are not being taken down, I would like to know if this is done by an automated system, an algorithm or a person.

Thank you for the link also to contact customer service. Ebay customer service many years ago was great where you would get to call and talk to a nice representative that would help resolve problems and questions.

 Have a great day!

I don't know it to still be true, but when they first made the no duplicates rule, we were told 2 of 3 needed to be different - photos titles and prices.

Duplicate auctions are allowed - the second third etc won't be visible until there is a bid on the first, second, etc. I don't know why anyone would have duplicate auctions.

I am surprised there wasn't any notice of why they were ended.

It can also be missing item specifics - if required fields are not entered, the item just won't renew - it isn't actually ended.  I'm retired, so I have not kept up with the mandatory specifics 🙂
