Listing w/ Variations

I just subscribed for an eBay store and I still can't find the "variations" button when listing things. I know where it should be, I'm doing a single listing, and I'm selecting the correct buying option. Why won't the variations option appear?

You do not need a store to use variations listings.  The store is probably a waste of money right now for you.

To make a listing with variations, you must switch to the advanced listing form.
