Listing stays active after it's sold?

My listings are staying active instead of being transferred to Sold Listings.  How do I fix this?

Listing stays active after it's sold?

@antiquesplus1

The first thing to check is do you have the out stock setting turned on in account settings>

https://www.ebay.com/uas/selling-pref  Multi-quantity listings>Listings stay active when you're out of stock.  If you do then the item stays active when sold but the quantity should be zero if you only had one of an item.

Let me know if this fixes your issue or not.

Thanks.  I believe that was the problem. I'll know as soon as somebody buys something. Thanks.

Also be aware that if the listing has a zero quantity, they will not show up in searches.  Buyers will have no access to those listings.  Only the seller can see those listings, so you are safe.  The OOS inventory setting is really a great thing for sellers that often restock the same items.  It leaves the listing active and all the seller has to do when they get more stock in is update the quantity on that listing.  I use this all the time.  It is an excellent tool for sellers that can use it.
