Listing removed due to unauthorized use of buyer account, item still “Waiting for Payment”?

There doesn’t seem to be an option to automatically relist something that’s marked Waiting For Payment, even though the listing has been removed and the purchase is cancelled. Do I need to relist it from scratch?

Use SELL SIMILAR from the drop down menu.

That dropdown doesn’t seem to be available. If you have a screenshot showing where I can find it, that would be helpful, if only so that I can confirm I don’t have access to it. (Rookie seller here, sorry)

Unfortunately, I don't have an order in AWAITING PAYMENT.

I do have a Cancelled order, but when I click the down-arrow, and the options display, and I see SELL SIMILAR, once I click on Snipping tool, the drop-down box disappears.
