Listing not showing when searching for it.

I am trying to sell a bow sight.  It says the listing is live.  When I try to search for it like a buyer would, I can not find it listed.  I have tried listing this item 4 different times now and each time I can not find it in a search.  It has been listed over 48 hours with the several attempts with no views.  I find this highly unlikely since it is a hot item right now during bow season.  Everything else I've ever listed has at least one view in 24 hours.  I just don't think it is actually out there.
Suggestions?

Listing not showing when searching for it.

New listings can take up to 24 hours to be indexed and appear in search. If you revise a listing before it is indexed, it goes to the back of the line again.

If it has been more than 24 hours since the last revision, please post an item number.

From my own experience, it can take 24-36 hours after listing for your item to appear in search.

Ending and relisting will restart the clock and delay the time it appears. Don't revise the listing (unless you must) and it should appear 36 hours after listing.

This is a normal review and indexing period, and your items will appear in search after that process.

I can confirm you only have 1 visible item right now and it has bids.
