Listing, describing, photographing 85 magazines

Will be listing approx. 85 magazines from about a 20-year span as 1 lot. Same magazine.

Advise please on how/what to list. Yes, will state all the volumes/issues/dates.

Do I state a description of each? Such as the featured articles on the front page?

How to photograph? Do I include a photo of each-Perhaps "fanned out" among the 12 allotted photos?

I would definitely go for the fanned out photos, since you only get to add 12 pix.

On the description - I would look at similar items currently for sale. What makes the issue desirable?

With 85 issues, perhaps only call out the top highlights over the years.

How much do these 85 issues weigh?  They cannot be shipped media mail, since they include advertising, so what shipping method will be used?  The USPS has a limit of 70 pounds.  Not sure about Fed Ex or UPS.
