Listing Removed

I tried to list a Dr Pen that I purchased on ebay and never used. It was removed. Yet there are others listed on ebay???

eBay restricts certain items, below is a link to the Help Pages on their policy.  Despite yours being rejected some Sellers have theirs taken down when they are purchased.  There are a lot of threads where Sellers complain that they had something taken down but see other Sellers with those items for sale.  eBay does not always police the venue very well, that's about all that can be said about that.

At this point do not try to Relist that item.  You will have to sell it elsewhere.  Sorry it happened but if it is restricted you do not want to risk your account being temporarily or permanently suspended.
