Listing Removed for Misuse of Brand Name

I just had a listing removed and Ebay's reason was "MISUSE OF BRAND NAME".   It was an error and NONE of my other listings had this error. So you would think that Ebay would give me, a seller with 100% Positive Feedback the benefit of the doubt that I wasn't trying to dupe customers.  Instead of removing my listing and causing me to have to use another one of my finite number of listings up to relist it, you would think that Ebay would give me the courtesy of notifying me first and giving me a timeframe in which to correct my error.  This makes me understand more and more why so many sellers have left Ebay and gone to Amazon or other selling sites.  They are not treating sellers like people want to be treated.  I pay a monthly fee every month and get my allocated number of listings. Do you think they would offer me a promotion for more listings?? Especially since that is an area that doesn't cost them anything to GIVE to sellers.  NO, I haven't gotten a Promo for unlimited listings in ages.  It's a numbers game, the more listings you have, the more sales you have.  But I don't have enough items year around to list, to move up to the next level so the payback isn't there to pay a higher monthly fee.   There is a huge gap between the 2 levels in which I fall.....And I can't be the only one!
