Listing Problem

Does anyone experience listing problem lately? I tried to list a new item by copying my old listing. However, every time I change the title, the page refreshes itself. I use a window 10 computer using Chrome browser. Any idea how can I fix this problem? Thanks.

When Chrome first came out, I thought about using it.  I tried it for a little while, and then quickly abandoned it.  What it would do was periodically refresh the page automatically without my telling it to, and, worse than that, without warning.  If you're filling out a form, everything you had typed in goes poof.  Who thought that was a good idea?  I don't know if Chrome still has what I consider a  problem, but it might be worth your while to try a different browser.  I use Firefox and have never had anything to complain about.

Just tried it with Firefox and it's still doing the same refreshing thing.
