Link to print return shipping label does not work

In order to return a defective item, I have to print a shipping label from the resolution center. The link (or e-button) that states “print shipping label” sends me to “case details” instead of to a printable shipping label.  I see no way to contact e-bay directly about a faulty link... how should I proceed?

Share the highlighted section with the seller.  IF that does not work after a day contact ebay.  You only have 5 days after the return label is "provided" to get the item scanned as on it's way back.  So don't wait too long for the seller to get back to you.  

SELLER: The return label system is malfunctioning.  You will not be charged for the label you provded the buyer as they can not use it.  You need to provide a return label for the not as described item as required by ebay policy. For returns in the USA you can go to www.paypal.com/shipnow and purchase a label. Then use print to file (PDF) and email the label to the buyers email address that was on the paypal transaction.
OR
Pay for a return shipping label by going to USPS.com ( or the buyers countries postal website) and seeing what the cost will be for the buyer to send the package back to you as shipping from another country is not always the same price as shipping to another country. Then you use that information to send a payment via paypal using pay for goods and services . Do not use friends and family and do not credit on to the transaction of the item to be returned.

In the USA contact ebay here if the seller does not send the label.

You can contact ebay on social media. Do not give any personal information until an eBay employee contacts you offline, do not use this unless you really need to as it's like email and not chat.
