Link e-bay and paypal accounts

I inactivated my authorization to have pre-approved payments through e-bay.  I want to reactivate the link but cannot find how to do that task.  I went to e-bay and they sent me to update PayPal account which didn't help.  The e-mail I received from PayPal confirming my discontinuation of this association instructed me to call e-bay inc directly but I was hoping for a different method to accomplish this task.

I inactivated my authorization to have pre-approved payments through e-bay. 

For paying for purchases or shipping labels?

Either way, to reactivate, simply check off the box the next time you are making a payment.
