Limited selling listings

eBay can’t let me post a listing saying I exceeded my listing 

in fact , I only have 1 active listing 

any advise will appreciate

I see 2 listings, and one has more than 10 available.  The quantity on a listing counts towards your selling limit.  

You can reduce the quantity on that listing to free up quantity to list another item.
