I am leaving feedback for a great seller who refunded me no questions asked. He had problems with this brand before. The real question here is what do I enter in the first field? 1-5 stars? The seller is fantastic but the product did not operate.

Use your feedback comment and detailed seller ratings to rate the transaction with the seller.

Use the "rate this item" stars to rate the product itself.

The seller feedback will appear on the seller's feedback page.

The item rating will be combined with others' ratings and the average will appear on the product page, any listings that are linked to that product page, and in search results for those listings.
