No - that is something you have to arrange with your mail carrier, or other carrier. The seller has no control over the actual delivery of your item.

Thank you. for your reply.  That is the issue I am experiencing with carriers and sometimes the post office.   I am disabled individual and I have had to chased after my packages because they have been dropped off numerous time at the wrong location.
