Late UPS Delivery

Hi, our company used UPS delivery and the perishable product was delivered late.  We are going to repeat the customer's order but we need to file the complaint with UPS to get our mailing fees and product's cost back. If you have such situation, please advise how to start this process. Is eBay can help or it goes through the UPS only? Thank you so much for any assistance!

If you shipped on your own UPS account, process a claim directly through UPS.

 

If you purchased a UPS label through eBay, then follow the instructions here for filing a claim:

eBay's help page includes a Claims Guide PDF with instructions.

 

Start by creating your own free UPS account, if you don't already have one, so that you can communicate through the UPS site.

Make sure that the email linked to that UPS account is the same one registered with your eBay account, as that is how eBay will match your label with your eBay account.
