I'm looking to buy something nearly 20,000 dollars in value. Is there a way to half PayPal hold half the funds until I confirm delivery of items to make sure I'm not getting scammed and then into a fight getting that money back?
No, but make sure you pay through the ebay checkout. Plus I would use a credit card through PayPal for extra protection and/or inspect the item before I purchased it.
