I have asked the seller multiple times to email the lable because it's not loading. I have only a few days to get it there before I can't get '$ back. They aren't responding , n I can't get intouch w/ebay

Did you file a Returns Request, the seller accepted, and you are trying to print the label?
Download and install the latest version of ADOBE ACROBAT READER, and specify it as the default for reading PDF files, instead of your browser's PDF reader. Now try opening and printing your shipping label.

Try clearing your browser cache and try the link again.
Make sure browser is set to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.
Try going to your Purchase history.
Find the item in Returns and cancelled orders.
Select View return details.
Choose See label.
If none of the above helps, you will have to call ebay to email you a copy of the label.
Best to also get an acceptance scan from the carrier, especially if close to the cutoff date. Otherwise, one day late getting scanned and seller can have ebay close case in his favor.
